Build a sales career at a software company.
A 3-month online program, about an hour a day. You train for SDR jobs at software companies that sell to other businesses (B2B SaaS): finding likely customers and booking sales meetings. These jobs usually pay more than tele-calling or retail sales, and we help with your job search.
It's free. We'll tell you which roles suit you, what they usually pay, and what to work on first.
What you'll learn
- Account research
- Cold email
- Sales calls
- LinkedIn outreach
- Discovery calls
- AI prospecting
- CRM pipeline
- Offer negotiation
Which of these sounds like you?
Pick one to jump to your path: the roles you'd aim for, typical pay and what we focus on with you.
Why the job search feels hard
Freshers and people a few years into work usually run into the same three problems. All three can be fixed with the right training and a better plan.
Everyone applies to the same job posts.
A popular job post can get hundreds of applications in a few days. Even a good résumé can get lost in a pile that big.
Some jobs stop growing after a year or two.
Tele-calling, counselling and support jobs teach useful skills. But two years in, the pay often hasn't moved much, and the next role looks a lot like the current one.
Sales teams now expect AI skills.
New hires are expected to research, write and prepare for calls with AI tools. Most colleges don't teach this yet. We start on it in week one.
The job you'll train for
Three months of live weekend classes and weekday practice that prepare you for SDR jobs at B2B software companies, with AI and go-to-market skills built in.
AI SDR & GTM Certification Program
Sales development for B2B software, with AI and go-to-market (GTM) basics
An SDR sells to businesses. You find companies that could use the product, contact the people who make buying decisions by email, LinkedIn and phone, and book meetings for Account Executives, who then close the deals.
What the job involves
- Researching target companies and the people who buy
- Writing and sending outreach by email, LinkedIn and phone
- Checking they're a good fit, then booking meetings for Account Executives (the salespeople who close deals)
- Updating the CRM (the team's customer records) and reporting your numbers each week
Where AI is used
- Researching companies and building lead lists
- Drafting and personalising messages, in your own words
- Preparing for calls, practising objections and summarising meetings
- Deciding which tasks to automate and which need a person
Typical market pay, incl. variable
- Freshers

- Switching from consumer sales (1–4 yrs)

Two starting points, the same career path
Everyone does the same program. What changes is the roles you aim for, the pay range, and what we spend extra time on with you.

- SDR roles at B2B SaaS companies
What we spend extra time on

Typical market range
₹8–14 LPAincl. variable
Next step: Account Executive, typically ₹12–22 LPA
Where you start depends on how well you can show your B2C results, the company and your city. Some people switching over start in the entry range.

What we spend extra time on
- Explaining your B2C results in a way B2B hiring managers understand

What you'll learn, and the tools you'll use
Nine topics, taught with the AI and sales tools SDR teams use at work. You practise each one on real companies.

Finish with a Certificate of Excellence
Add it to your résumé and LinkedIn profile, alongside the work samples you build during the 12 weeks.
We help you run your job search too
Looking for a job uses the same skills as SDR work: research companies, contact the right people and book conversations. So in the second half of the program, you use what you've learned on your own search.
Company targeting
A shortlist of companies that match your level, pay target and city. You check whether a company fits before you spend time applying.
Hiring-manager outreach
Proven message frameworks for contacting hiring managers, with notes on when to use each, and AI tools that help you draft in your own words.
Your pipeline
A tracker for every conversation, from the first message to the final answer. It shows what to do next and where your search is getting stuck.
Built for four kinds of people
We designed the program around these starting points. If one of them sounds like you, you're in the right place.
The fresh graduate
You've finished your BA, B.Com, BBA or similar, sent out dozens of applications, and heard very little back.
How we help
You learn the job from scratch and build work samples that make up for not having experience yet.
Where you'd start: SDR roles
The tele-caller or EdTech counsellor
You've spent 1–4 years on calls and targets. You're good at it, but your pay and title haven't moved much.
How we help
Your calling experience counts for a lot in B2B sales. We add the research, written outreach and qualification you're missing.
Where you'd start: SDR or Senior SDR roles
The support or operations professional
You work with customers or internal teams every day, and you want a role where your results are seen and rewarded.
How we help
You already understand customers. We teach you how B2B companies find and win new ones.
Where you'd start: SDR roles
Wants to work in tech, doesn't code
You'd like a career at a software company, but engineering and data roles aren't for you.
How we help
Sales development is a way into a SaaS company that doesn't need a technical degree.
Where you'd start: SDR roles

Common questions
Can freshers join?
Yes. Freshers start with the basics and build work samples to show employers. If you have 1–4 years in sales, support or operations, we build on that and aim for higher-paying roles.
I'm already in B2C sales. Is this for me?
Usually, yes. Tele-calling, EdTech counselling and retail sales teach you to handle rejection, which SDR teams value. What's usually missing is B2B research, written outreach and qualification, and that's what we teach. With 1–4 years of experience, we'll help you aim for SDR and Senior SDR roles that typically pay ₹8–14 LPA, rather than another entry-level job. Where you land depends on your results so far, the company and your city.
Can I do this alongside a full-time job?
Yes, it's designed for that. It takes about an hour a day, or 7 hours a week: a 2-hour class on Saturday, another on Sunday, and about 3 hours of practice on weekdays (roughly 35 minutes a day). If a weekend gets busy, you can watch the class recording later and ask the instructor any doubts. In weeks 8–10, your practice time goes into your real job search.
Is it fully online?
Yes. Classes are live online on Saturdays and Sundays, 2 hours each, and every class is recorded, so you can catch up if you miss one. You do your practice during the week and can ask the instructor any course-related doubts. You'll need a stable internet connection, and you can join from anywhere in India.
Do I need fluent English?
You need working English. B2B SaaS teams email and call in English, so you'll write outreach and record practice calls, with written feedback each time. Your accent doesn't need to be perfect.
I'm from a tier-3 college. Will companies take me seriously?
Often, yes. Sales teams care more about how you communicate, research and handle rejection than about your college. The program helps you show all three through a campaign plan, practice calls and outreach to hiring managers.
Do you help with placements?
We're a training program, not a placement agency. We prepare you for interviews with mock calls, role-plays and feedback, help you build a shortlist of target companies, and support you while you reach out to hiring managers. You send the applications yourself, and we guide and review your outreach along the way. Employers make the final decision, and we help you walk in well prepared.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. You earn a Certificate of Excellence when you finish the program. It's a practical training program rather than a university degree, so you also finish with job-ready skills, work samples to show employers and a job search already under way.
Can I pay in EMI?
Yes. The fee is ₹14,999 and you can pay it in EMI, about ₹5,000 a month. Email us and we'll send you the options before you enrol.
What if I fall behind?
Weekly deadlines keep you on track, and every class is recorded, so you can catch up when a week gets busy. You can also ask the instructor about anything you missed.
What does "AI SDR" mean?
SDR teams now use AI to research companies, build lists, personalise messages and prepare for calls. You'll learn to use these tools well, and to tell when a task needs your own judgement, like a discovery call. AI makes you faster, but you still do the talking.
What's your refund policy?
Fees are non-refundable after enrolment. If you're unsure whether the program is right for you, take the free assessment or talk to us before you enrol, and we'll answer honestly.
Start with a free assessment
We'll look at your background and tell you which path fits, which roles to aim for and what they typically pay. It's free, with no obligation to enrol.
Email us and we'll send it to you. No payment and no sales call.
